  • Join Our Customer Experience Team

We’re looking for some excellent people to join Belvoir’s Customer Experience team to work in front of house.

If you love theatre, like people, and take genuine pride in making someone’s art experience better, we’d love to hear from you.

Our Customer Experience team sits at the heart of Belvoir. We’re the people talking to audiences before they arrive, welcoming them through the doors, helping them find the right ticket or the right seat, pouring a drink, solving the occasional curly problem and making sure people feel looked after from beginning to end.

And, importantly, we really like the theatre Belvoir makes. Working here means being part of the life of the company: you’ll be invited to company runs, get glimpses of upcoming programming, have access to company events, and receive tickets to see our shows. You’ll work alongside people who care deeply about theatre, audiences and creating a warm, generous experience for everyone who comes through the building.

We’re currently recruiting casual team members in Front of House.

    Front of House

Our Front of House team are the face of Belvoir once audiences arrive at the theatre.

You’ll welcome audiences, work behind the bar, usher performances, help people find their seats, assist with events and make sure our spaces are safe, inclusive and ready for a great night at the theatre. No two shifts are the same, and you’ll be working right amongst the energy of a live performance venue.

You might be a great fit if you:

    • are warm, outgoing and genuinely enjoy hospitality
    • thrive in a busy, social environment
    • enjoy working as part of a team
    • are confident dealing with audiences and unexpected situations
    • are available for evening and weekend work
    • have a current RSA.

Previous hospitality or licensed venue experience is required for Front of House roles.

To apply, please submit a CV and cover letter (max 1 page) to [email protected]

Applications close: 5pm Friday 28 August.

Above all, we’re looking for people who are curious, generous, reliable and excited about helping audiences have a brilliant experience at Belvoir. Come join us.
