Ticket Terms & Conditions

This ticket is sold on behalf of the organisation responsible for this performance and subject to the terms and conditions applicable to that performance and/or the venue where performed. Such terms apply to both the original purchaser/ticketholder and any subsequent ticketholder, and you agree to those terms by acquiring a ticket and/or seeking to attend a performance. By purchasing a ticket on behalf of someone else, you undertake to inform them of those terms.

CONDITIONS OF SALE

  1. Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase except as outlined in the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice or as required by Australian Consumer Law.

  2. Tickets may be exchanged, subject to availability, up to 24 hours prior to the booked performance. Ticket exchanges are only possible for a different performance date of the same production. Further conditions and fees may apply.

  3. The right is reserved to vary advertised programs, to add, withdraw or substitute artists where necessary.

  4. The right of admission and expulsion is reserved, including where intervening circumstances dictate additional measures or directives. These additional measures or directives are in place to ensure the safety and health of patrons, staff and performers. This includes the conditions set out in our COVID Safe Plan.

  5. Latecomers will not be given access to the auditorium unless there is a suitable/convenient break in the program. Seating may be relocated as a result of late entry or COVID additional measures or directives related to physical distancing.

  6. This ticket may not, without the prior written consent from Belvoir and the seller, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction sites) either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

  7. No recording devices of any kind are permitted in the auditorium. Phones and smart watches must be turned off or to flight mode during the performance to avoid disruption.

  8. If you are experiencing cold or flu like symptoms or required to isolate due to COVID-19, we will exchange your ticket for a future performance. If no exchange is possible patrons will be eligible for a credit on account or, in some circumstances, be offered a refund. Exchange requests can be made here.


SENIORS AND CONCESSION CARDS

Seniors prices are available with an eligible Australian Government-issued Seniors Card. Senior Savers Cards are not accepted.

Concession prices are available with a full-time student card, Centrelink Pensioner concession card, Veterans’ Affairs cards, and to members of Actors Equity (MEAA), ArtsHub, and HotHouse Theatre Subscribers.
