Are you proud to be an Australian?

Our orator explores the dazzling light and confusing shadow of this question. As a person of mixed race, he finds himself straddling multiple worlds, whilst being truly included in none.

Shifting between poem and prose, this raw and epic work grapples with how we explore and celebrate diversity. A solo performance that weaves past and present together in a heart-warming, and painfully funny journey to discover how we belong.

A Youth Night Q&A will be held on Tuesday, 24 October.

WHAT IS 25A? 25A is a Belvoir initiative to support the artists of the future. It has been made by independent and emerging artists. They have produced and marketed it themselves. They get 100% of the box office and the theatre for free. Their task is to make a show for less than $2500. Thanks for supporting the artists of the future.
