Exchange Request Form

Use this form to request a ticket exchange.

Please note submitting an exchange request via the form does not guarantee your exchange. If we are unable to resolve your exchange request 48 hours prior to your booked performance, we will be in contact to arrange a refund, credit to your Belvoir account, or ticket donation (for which you will receive a tax deductible receipt and at which time the tickets are void).

    If you are requesting a ticket exchange on someone else’s behalf (e.g. a member of your subscriber group), please add their details below and we will assign the new tickets to them.

    What happens next?

    If you are a subscriber: Your new tickets will be moved to a new order and our staff will provide you with a new order number on confirmation. You will receive your e-tickets 24hrs before the performance.

    If you are NOT a subscriber: Once your exchange has been processed you will confirmation from our box office and your e-tickets on the date they are processed.

    If there is no availability on your preferred dates the Box Office will contact you using the details provided above. If your exchange request is processed you will be notified.
