Belvoir productions play at the Belvoir St Theatre in Surry Hills. Belvoir’s administration office, box office and rehearsal rooms are located in our Warehouse at 18 Belvoir St, just down the hill from the theatre on the corner of Belvoir and Elizabeth Streets.
How to Buy Tickets
Buying tickets online
To book tickets online for any Upstairs or Downstairs Theatre performance, simply go to our What’s On page, choose your production, and if single tickets are on sale for that show, click on the pink Buy Tickets link near the top of the relevant production page. Please note there is a $4 transaction fee for tickets booked online. Please arrive at the Box Office at least 30 minutes before the start of the performance to collect your tickets. Please read our online ticketing Terms and Conditions.
Buying tickets by phone
To book tickets call Box Office on 02 9699 3444. During busy times (especially after 5pm) your call will be placed in a queue and answered in strict rotation. Your tickets will be available for collection at the Box Office on the night of your performance. Phone bookings close 1 hour prior to performance times. Please bring your concession / industry card to the theatre when you collect your tickets. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard and American Express. There is a $6 transaction fee for tickets booked over the phone.
Buying tickets in person
Tickets can be purchased in person by credit card, eftpos or by cheque. There is no booking fee for counter sales. Please make sure you bring your concession / industry card to the Box Office with you.

Reservations
Tickets can be reserved without payment for up to for 48 hours. Please note, if the performance being booked falls within the 48 hours, tickets need to be paid for no later than 24 hours prior to the performance
Refunds and exchanges
Tickets cannot be refunded after purchase except as outlined in the Live Performance Australia Ticketing Code of Practice (see downloadable PDF at right). Tickets may be exchanged, subject to availability, up to 48 hours prior to your booked performance. Further conditions and fees may apply.
Swearing, nudity and other bits
Some of our productions at Belvoir may contain strong language, smoking, nudity, violence, strobe lighting, haze or other things you may find confronting or uncomfortable. If you are concerned about any of these please ask our Box Office staff about content when booking.
