Marketing Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and tenacious Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing and audience engagement strategies across all Belvoir activities. The successful candidate will have a sound understanding of both traditional and digital marketing platforms, audience segmentation and customer relationship management, as well as show a high level of initiative, be results-orientated and able to lead a team of staff and contractors.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced marketer to work with one of Australia’s most respected and loved theatre companies at an exciting time in the company’s history, as we welcome our 3rd Artistic Director, Eamon Flack, into the driver’s seat.

Company Accountant

We are seeking a Company Accountant for a contract period until February-March 2016.

The Company Accountant is a member of the Finance department of Belvoir and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the department, including (but not limited to) the management of the month-end process, the analysis of results to budget, the reconciliation of major accounts and the overseeing of payments and receipts.

This role provides a unique opportunity for a part qualified/qualified accountant looking for their first move into the arts or someone who is already working in the field and is seeking to join an innovative and iconic theatre company.

Subscriptions Team Member

We are seeking casual Subscriptions Team Members to join our 2016 subscriptions processing.

The subscriptions department operates Monday to Friday with potential for some Saturdays, and successful applicants will need to be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week from September 2015 through end of November 2015, with the potential to extend.

Successful applicants need to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, as well as computer and data processing skills. Excellent attention to detail in verbal and written communication is vital and applicants also need to be able to provide examples of personal experience in customer service excellence.

Experience in the use of box office ticketing systems, preferably ENTA, is desirable but not essential. Some outbound calls experience also desirable, but not essential.
